Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Finance Accounting Manager to lead the finance function supporting the Domestic Sales team. The role partners with commercial and field sales to drive profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance, strong analytical skills, and experience in budgeting and FP&A. CPA is preferred. This position requires collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams to strengthen financial discipline across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, controllership, FP&A, or sales finance.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting experience.
Experience in business partnering with Sales/Commercial teams.
Proven people leadership and coaching experience.
Excellent analytical and communication skills; proficient in Excel and financial systems.
Experience in FMCG/consumer goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting and forecasting for Domestic Sales and related activities.
Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions.
Prepare and review management reports, variance analyses, and performance insights.
Monitor trade investments, selling expenses, and accounts receivable; drive working capital improvements.
Partner with Sales leaders and field teams to improve profitability and cost-to-sales targets.
Lead cross-functional discussions and drive timely implementation of solutions.
Develop and coach the Sales Finance team.
