Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking an Finance Accounting Manager to lead the finance function in support of the Domestic Sales team.

The role partners closely with commercial and field sales teams to drive financial performance, allocate resources effectively, and enable profitable business growth. The position oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting, acting as a strategic business partner to Sales with insights to improve profitability and strengthen

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7–10 years experience in finance, accounting, controllership, FP&A, or related functions.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting experience.
• Experience in business partnering, preferably supporting Sales or Commercial functions.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the Domestic Sales organization.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support commercial decisions.
• Partner with Sales and field teams to improve profitability and manage costs.
• Prepare management reports and variance analyses for leadership.
• Monitor trade investments, selling expenses, and accounts receivable.
• Develop and lead the Sales Finance team; drive process improvements.
