Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and other sales channels.
• Present and explain products or services to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers when authorized.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
• Attend meetings, trade shows, and other business or promotional events when required.
