Job summary

Onion Bulb Productions, the media production arm of United Neon Media Group, is seeking a skilled graphic designer to craft layouts for campaigns across digital, print, and social channels. You will ensure adherence to brand standards and collaborate with copywriters and designers to deliver high-impact visuals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of agency experience, with strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a creative or design role; agency experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of Motion design or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Responsibilities

• Design layouts for advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Ensure compliance with creative and brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal creative team to develop and deliver high impact creative solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables and client goals."
• Present creative concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, explaining rationale and incorporating feedback.
• Explore new formats and storytelling techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Seek professional development opportunities to improve visual storytelling and content strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging software to continuously enhance output.
