Job summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Technical Proposal & Documentation Specialist to join our Services Operations team in the Philippines. You’ll coordinate RFP/RFI responses, maintain TCS standards, and support process improvements to boost efficiency and quality across documents.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-driven, and proficient at turning input from multiple stakeholders into clear, well-structured documents, with strong English communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination, documentation, or administrative support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Word and Excel.
• Proven ability to edit, format, and organize complex documents with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare RFP/RFI responses, making sure each is accurate, consistent, and submitted on time.
• Review and update Technical Control Sheets (TCS) and related documents to meet internal standards and client requirements.
• Build and maintain a centralized library of proposal templates, technical content, and best practices for team reuse.
• Work with internal teams to gather information, verify data, and produce compliant, professional documentation.
• Track deliverables, prepare reports, and support internal project management and workflow updates.
• Provide backup support to senior team members on recurring proposal and documentation tasks.
• Take on other administrative and coordination duties as business priorities evolve.
