Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in LPG or FMCG.
• College graduate in sales/marketing-related field.
• Preferably with Professional Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy across all plants and segments.
• Lead and develop plant sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Forecast, report, and drive market growth and penetration.
• Engage clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure OSH conformance and regulatory compliance.
