• Basic understanding or willingness to learn client servicing, financial analysis, and credit evaluation.
• Demonstrates a customer-centric mindset with skills in customer data gathering, advisory, and identifying business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manages loan portfolios by evaluating credit applications and preparing approval documents.
• Monitors account performance and coordinates with internal teams to ensure sound credit decisions.
• Screens loan applicants by evaluating credit worthiness and prepares credit memoranda for approval.
• Recommends for approval credit worthy clients and prepares CRAM (Credit Recommendation and Approval Memorandum).
• Conducts financial analysis/credit packaging and plant visits to check client business performance.
• Performs remedial management on potentially problematic accounts and updates leaders on performance.
• Coordinates with Legal Management Services and Collections on handling of problematic accounts.
• Attends to queries, complaints, or requests from borrowing clients and presents recommendations to ExCom/Loan COMM as needed
