Responsibilities

• Manages loan portfolios by evaluating credit applications and preparing approval documents.
• Monitors account performance and coordinates with internal teams to ensure sound credit decisions.
• Screens loan applicants by evaluating credit worthiness and prepares credit memoranda for approval.
• Recommends for approval credit worthy clients and prepares CRAM (Credit Recommendation and Approval Memorandum).
• Conducts financial analysis/credit packaging and plant visits to check client business performance.
• Performs remedial management on potentially problematic accounts and updates leaders on performance.
• Coordinates with Legal Management Services and Collections on handling of problematic accounts.
• Attends to queries, complaints, or requests from borrowing clients and presents recommendations to ExCom/Loan COMM as needed

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manages loan portfolios by evaluating credit applications, preparing approval documents, monitoring account performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure sound credit decisions and effective resolution of problematic accounts.
• Manages existing loan portfolio and markets for new loan accounts Makes credit evaluations and prepared credit memoranda for approval Presents accounts to approving body
• Screens loan applicants referred by branches by evaluating and analyzing credit worthiness of these accounts.
• Recommends for approval credit worthy clients.
• Prepares Credit Recommendation and Approval Memorandum (CRAM).
• Conducts financial analysis/credit packaging.
• Conducts plant visits to check on how the business of the client is doing.
• Monitors financial condition/viability of the accounts being handled.
• Performs remedial management on potentially problematic accounts.
• Updates Center/Sector Head on performance of accounts being handled.
• Coordinates with Legal Management Services Sector and Collection, Assets Recovery and Disposal Sector on handling of problematic accounts
• Answers queries, complaints, or requests from borrowing clients.
• Attends to ExCom and Loan COMM as needed to present recommendations
