Job summary

Metrobank in Alabang is seeking a Relationship Manager to originate, develop, review and manage loan portfolio relationships within the Commercial Banking Division. You will cross-sell bank products and services across diverse client segments to support growth, profitability and client satisfaction.

Role requires a minimum of 3 years as RM or Credit Analyst in banking, with strong credit evaluation, financial analysis, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or Credit Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Experience in handling commercial/corporate clients.
• Strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis.
• Good communication skills, adept in managing client relationships and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• With strong analytical and negotiation skills.
