Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Manila is seeking a Project Management Consultant to drive large real estate projects from initiation through closeout. You will define scope, budgets, schedules, and resources while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will implement governance, maintain data integrity, and lead the delivery team to achieve budget and schedule objectives, leveraging PMP/LEED CCM designations where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing complex real estate or construction projects.
• Ability to prepare scope of work, budgets, schedules, and risk plans.
• Experience in governance, documentation control, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management for real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, budgets, milestones, and resource needs.
• Develop and implement project delivery plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure data integrity and timely documentation across project teams.
• Provide guidance to the delivery team and track progress, status, and variances.
• Lead by example to foster CBRE RISE values and cross-team coordination.
