Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Manila is seeking a Project Management Consultant to drive large real estate projects from initiation through closeout. You will define scope, budgets, schedules, and resources while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will implement governance, maintain data integrity, and lead the delivery team to achieve budget and schedule objectives, leveraging PMP/LEED CCM designations where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing complex real estate or construction projects.
• Ability to prepare scope of work, budgets, schedules, and risk plans.
• Experience in governance, documentation control, and reporting.

About the Role:As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assignedmarket or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiationthrough completion.What You’ll Do:• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design,construction, occupancy, and closeout.• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, projectdelivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, andrisk identification.• Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process.Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.• Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.• Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.• Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and reportstatus and variances.• Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implementaction plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complexassignments and provide innovative solutions.• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several jobdisciplines within the function.• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus andconvince others to reach an agreement.• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.• Work within broad guidelines and policies.• Explain difficult or sensitive information.What You’ll Need:• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and otherfinancial-related calculations.
