CBRE in Philippines seeks a Project Management Consultant to lead real estate projects through initiation, design, construction and closeout. You will work with clients to define scope, budget, milestones, and resources, while establishing governance and ensuring data integrity across all project documents.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, LEED AP/PMP/CCM preferred, and strong MS Office and analytical skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designation preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment using multiple information sources.
• Willingness to adopt new perspectives on existing solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.
• Solid math skills for percentage, fraction and financial calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope, budget, milestones, and work plans.
• Define delivery resources from qualified lists or project qualification processes.
• Conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely, coordinated project documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, track progress, and report status.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
