Rising star solutions is seeking a skilled professional to manage the loan pipeline for commercial and real estate transactions, guiding borrowers and coordinating with lenders, brokers, and underwriters to move deals toward closing.

The role emphasizes accurate records, timely follow-ups, and proactive business development, with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients and real estate professionals while applying Florida lending knowledge to support loan transactions.

Competenze

• Proven experience in real estate lending and/or commercial loans.
• Strong loan pipeline management skills.
• Experience in real estate sales and/or property management.
• Knowledge of Florida real estate market and lending environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Mansioni

• Manage and monitor the commercial and real estate loan pipeline from initial application through closing.
• Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely loan processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan records, documentation, and pipeline reports.
• Follow up consistently on outstanding documentation, approvals, and closing requirements.
• Identify potential lending opportunities and support business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate professionals.
