Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/real estate field.
• 2–5 years in project development or real estate feasibility.
• Experience in residential/commercial/township developments is advantageous.
• Strong financial modeling and market research abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage development lifecycle from evaluation to turnover.
• Conduct feasibility studies including financial, market, technical, and site analyses.
• Coordinate land acquisition due diligence activities with internal teams and external consultants.
• Develop project plans, implementation schedules, and launch timelines.
• Monitor project financial performance and support launches with Sales & Marketing.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
• Track project costs and suggest efficiency improvements to maximize returns.
• Support post-construction close-out and budget reconciliation.
