Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a Project Development Officer to lead planning and development of assigned real estate projects from evaluation through turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project development or real estate feasibility analysis.
• Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or township developments is advantageous.
• Strong financial modeling, market research, and business case skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• CPA, MBA, or related real estate certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from evaluation to turnover.
• Conduct feasibility studies covering financial, market, technical, and site analyses.
• Coordinate approvals and prepare documentation for management review.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
• Assist in land acquisition evaluation and due diligence.
• Prepare financial models, pricing recommendations, and launch docs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and government agencies throughout the lifecycle.
