Job summary

Ayala Land Offices, Inc. is seeking a Project Development Officer to oversee office development projects from planning to completion.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor milestones, and prepare materials for management and external parties. The role requires a bachelor's degree in management engineering, economics, or related business field and 2–3 years of project support experience, preferably in real estate.

Qualifications

• Degree in BS Management Engineering, Economics, or any business related course.
• 2–3 years working experience on project support.
• Preferably in a real estate company or similar background.

Responsibilities

• Overall project management and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and business goals are achieved.
• Conduct financial feasibilities, valuations, and market analysis for real estate office developments.
• Assist in overall project management of office developments.
• Monitors project budgets, deliverables and timelines from planning, construction up to project completion.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials, updates and reports for management and external parties.
• Performs other business and project related functions.
• Coordinate with various departments in preparations of plans and timely submission of pertinent documents.
• Obtains relevant permits, licenses and clearances for the project.
