Job summary

Federal Land, Inc. seeks a Project Development Officer to drive projects from inception to handover. You will lead analytical work including feasibility studies, site and market analyses, and coordinate across support teams to achieve shared goals.

You will craft concepts, oversee development processes, and manage approvals while ensuring cost, schedule and quality targets are met. Collaboration with marketing, sales and property management is key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in project development or business development, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Willing to report to Makati and Pasay as required.

Responsibilities

• Involves development from start to handover, leading cross-functional teams.
• Conducts feasibility, site and market analyses for projects.
• Leads concepts and business models for assigned projects.
• Oversees end-to-end project development and approval processes.
• Monitors issues and risks, elevating where necessary to management.
• Ensures projects meet cost, schedule and quality standards.
• Addresses delays and develops remedial actions.
• Provides support to Finance for project budgets and pricing strategies.
