Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a sales professional to drive selling of the bank's acquired real estate assets (ROPA/foreclosed properties). You will source buyers, manage broker relationships, and lead marketing initiatives from offer to closing.

The role requires fieldwork, strong broker networks, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant transactions and maximize asset disposal value. Onsite work in Makati or Ortigas is expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business or related field.
• At least 3 years real estate sales experience in a bank, real estate company, or brokerage.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork including property inspections and site visits.
• Existing customer database, property listings, and active sales network.
• Strong broker network (individuals and firms).
• Proficient in social media marketing; online presence is a plus.
• Amenable to work onsite in Makati or Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close sales opportunities for acquired real estate assets through direct selling, broker partnerships, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and negotiations to secure qualified buyers and maximize sales value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and referral networks to expand market reach.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote available properties and increase buyer interest.
• Prepare sales proposals and presentations for management approval.
• Manage end-to-end transaction processing, including documentation, payment coordination, and sales closing.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of documentary, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor sales pipeline and transaction progress to achieve targets and optimize asset disposal performance.
