BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a real estate sales professional to manage the sale and disposition of foreclosed assets (ROPA) and related properties in Metro Manila. You will coordinate site inspections, validate buyer documentary requirements, and present proposals for management approval. A four-year degree and a robust broker network are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year college degree, preferably in a business-related course.
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales in a bank, real estate company, or brokerage firm.
• Willing to do fieldwork and site trips with buyers and brokers.
• With an existing customer database, property listings, and active sales network.
• Has a strong and established broker network.
• Proficient in social media platforms for real estate marketing; existing online presence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solicit direct buyers and source buyers from broker networks for ROPA / foreclosed real estate properties
• Secure and validate offers from buyers, ensuring conformity for broker-assisted transactions
• Arrange and conduct site tripping and property inspections with prospects and brokers
• Ensure complete and accurate submission of buyers' documentary requirements
• Evaluate sales proposals and endorse them for management approval
