Qualifications

• Experience in estimation, quantity surveying and cost control.
• Ability to prepare BOQs and cost estimates.
• Proven tracking of budgets and cost variances.
• Experience coordinating with procurement, accounting and finance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project estimation, quantity surveying, cost monitoring, progress billing, and variation-order management across construction projects.
• Ensure quantities, budgets, billings, and project costs are monitored from bidding through project completion.
• Work with project, procurement, accounting, and finance teams to maintain financial control and profitability.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for labor, materials, equipment, and other project requirements.
• Develop field and project budgets based on approved plans and technical specifications.
• Identify cost variances and potential overruns; communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Review and validate contractor billings against actual site progress and contract rates.
• Maintain organized cost, quantity and budget records for audits and reference.
