You will prepare BOQs and tender packages, draft and negotiate contracts, monitor variances, and provide documentation for arbitration or disputes if needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material, labor, and equipment cost forecasts, approximate estimates, and full project budgets.
• Draw up detailed BOQs and tender packages, evaluate contractor bids, and help select suppliers.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage subcontracts and purchase orders in line with industry standards.
• Measure work completed on-site, assess interim valuations, issue contractor payment certificates, and handle retention releases.
• Track spending against the budget, evaluate design changes or site variations, and forecast final costs.
• Identify financial risks, run life-cycle cost analyses, and optimize project value without sacrificing quality.
• Assess contractor claims, assist with negotiations, and provide documentation for arbitration or litigation if needed.
