Job summary

JSBP Construkt Incorporated in the Philippines seeks a Quantity Surveyor to provide technical and cost-estimation support for construction projects. You will perform quantity take-offs, prepare detailed cost estimates, and develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) while reviewing drawings and engineering designs.

You will prepare technical proposals and bid documents, conduct cost analysis, manage progress billings, and evaluate subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as QS/Estimator/Technical Office Engineer in construction.
• Graduate of Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficient in quantity take-off and detailed cost estimation.
• Capable of reviewing drawings and engineering designs.
• Knowledgeable in contracts, variations, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and cost-estimation support for construction projects.
• Prepare BOQ, detailed cost estimates, and cost analysis.
• Review technical drawings, plans, and engineering designs.
• Prepare technical proposals and bid documents; manage progress billings.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate costing and documentation.
