Trojans Well Entertainment is seeking a procurement professional to manage sourcing, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations. You will oversee requisitions, purchase orders, supplier performance, and invoice verification to ensure timely and compliant procurement.

The role requires strong analytical skills, vendor management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across functions to optimize costs and delivery reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business admin, supply chain, or related field.
• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, vendor management, and negotiations.
• Proficiency with purchasing software/tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, delivery time, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships for smooth procurement.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify improvement areas.
• Receive and process purchase requisitions with accuracy.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders promptly.
• Monitor order status and expedite deliveries to meet deadlines.
• Verify and approve invoices for payment.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Purchasing Manager.
