Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in managing purchase orders, contracts, and procurement records.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers to find the best products and services at competitive prices.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure purchases meet company requirements.
• Track deliveries and verify that received items are complete, accurate, and of good quality.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, contracts, and inventory levels.
• Negotiate pricing and build good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor procurement performance, provide reports, and recommend cost‑saving or process improvements.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and support operational needs.
