The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a degree in SCM/related fields, and strong Excel/ERP software skills. You will collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation, while maintaining supplier performance records.

Qualifikationen

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years hands‑on experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control in food manufacturing, commissary or FMCG.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, basic inventory systems, and ERP/SAP or similar ERP tools.
• Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, tracking sheets, pivot tables) and MS Office; strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Procurement & Sourcing: Process PRs and generate accurate POs for raw ingredients, additives, and packaging materials.
• Delivery & Inventory Monitoring: Track open orders and delivery schedules to prevent stockouts or spoilage; coordinate with warehouse/production.
• Invoice Verification: Match delivery receipts, invoices, and POs before forwarding to finance for payment processing.
• Reporting: Maintain purchasing databases, inventory logs, and supplier performance tracking reports.
