Job summary

Spencer Foods Corporation is seeking a Purchasing Associate to handle purchase requests from multiple departments. You will issue accurate purchase orders and coordinate deliveries, while building strong supplier relationships to drive cost savings.

The role requires 1–2 years in purchasing or related fields; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome. Familiarity with SAP and procurement documentation is preferred; a valid motorcycle license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years in purchasing/procurement or supply chain admin.
• Fresh graduates with internship in purchasing may be considered.
• Experience with supplier coordination and canvassing is a plus.
• Familiarity with RFQ/PO and bid comparison processes.
• Understanding of basic invoicing and three-way matching.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage purchase requests from multiple departments.
• Ensure accurate and timely issuance of POs and deliveries.
• Sustain supplier relationships and evaluate quotations for cost savings.
• Monitor invoices and delivery receipts for three-way matching and payment.
• Support budget constraints and procurement compliance.
