Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with property developers, building owners, government agencies, LGUs, transport operators, consultants, and partners; represent the company at industry forums and client events
• Design, roll out, and report on marketing and business development strategies, monitoring industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity
• Identify market opportunities and forecast business potential by analyzing consumer needs, market segments, and competitors' strengths and weaknesses
• Plan, coordinate, and lead the development of technical and product solutions tailored to client requirements, from opportunity identification through to project mobilization
• Research and evaluate alternative revenue streams, including value-added services (e.g., smart parking, digital platforms, EV charging), strategic partnerships, and ancillary offerings
• Conduct feasibility studies and market research to assess the viability of proposed income-generating initiatives
• Prepare and present comprehensive business proposals — covering market analysis, financial models, ROI, and implementation timelines — and defend them before Management
• Lead commercial negotiations on contract terms, pricing models, concession agreements, and SLAs, coordinating with Legal and Finance on documentation and renewals
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure proposed initiatives are operationally sound and compliant with company policies and regulations
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of approved initiatives and secured contracts post-implementation, delivering regular reports and recommendations for improvement
