PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. seeks a Business and Project Development Manager to identify, evaluate, and develop real estate opportunities from concept to completion. The role drives growth through market analysis, land acquisition, feasibility studies, and partnerships.

The position requires strong commercial acumen, project management skills, and deep knowledge of the Philippine real estate market, including regulatory requirements and local government processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Financial Management, Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of Business and Project Management experience in real estate focused on residential and mixed-use projects.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a diverse real estate industry or equivalent.
• Knowledge of applicable real estate policies and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new real estate development opportunities and conduct market research, financial modeling and feasibility studies.
• Oversee end-to-end development from concept planning to project turnover and coordinate with various teams for timely delivery.
• Support senior management in setting development strategies and track performance against targets.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and manage project risks with mitigation plans.
