Dermorepubliq Corporation seeks a Project Manager to support the Chief Operating Officer in leading and executing high-impact projects across departments. The role reports directly to the COO and oversees initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency, system integration, and service excellence.

You will translate the COOs directives into actionable roadmaps, collaborate with department heads, and drive data-driven improvements with IT and Operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, industrial engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• At least 2 years experience managing enterprise-wide projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with operations, systems, and quality functions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a focus on process and data integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management of high-priority operational and strategic projects under the COO's office.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure project outcomes align with company goals in quality, timeliness, and budget.
• Coordinate with QRRS, IT, and Operations to drive cross-departmental initiatives.
• Brief the COO with status updates, escalations, and solutions.
