Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of high-priority operational and strategic projects from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with departments to drive cross-functional project execution.
• Brief the COO with status updates, risks, and recommendations.
• Translate strategic directives into actionable roadmaps and measurable objectives.
