Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation is seeking an IT Systems & Infrastructure Supervisor to oversee IT systems, networks, endpoints, cloud services, IAM, and security. You will lead a team providing day-to-day direction, guidance, and performance support to ensure reliable technology operations across the organization.

The role covers infrastructure administration, monitoring, incident resolution, security implementation, and business continuity planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE, or related field is required.
Minimum 5 years in systems, network, or IT infrastructure roles.
1–2 years leading or supervising an IT team preferred.
Hands-on with enterprise systems, networks, cloud services, and identity platforms.
Experience with IT security controls, backup/recovery, monitoring, and DR planning.

Responsibilities

Oversee systems, network, security, and endpoint administration and maintenance.
Lead incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.
Manage cloud services, identity platforms, and endpoint management.
Ensure backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to the team.
