Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field with analytics, project management, operations, or business strategy experience.
• MBA or postgraduate studies are an advantage.
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience in PM, analytics, strategy, or operations excellence.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational opportunities and develop data‑driven solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional projects from ideation through implementation and post‑launch evaluation.
• Drive workforce planning, cost management, and scalability improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and senior leadership to implement initiatives.
