The role blends data engineering, analytics, and AI automation, including testing and deploying internal LLM models and automation agents for faster reporting and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in analytics/BI/ops analytics.
• Strong SQL and data wrangling skills.
• Experience with LLM APIs and AI tooling is a plus.
• Excellent communication to translate metrics into actions.

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive into logistics data to track and optimize KPIs.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Design automated ETL pipelines for high-volume supply chain data.
• Run ad-hoc analyses on delivery performance and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with AI/automation efforts to speed data prep and reporting.
