Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Projects & Analytics Specialist in Metro Manila to drive strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, costs, and scalability within the Return & Refund function. You will combine project management, analytics, workforce planning, and AI-driven transformation.

You will identify opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and lead high-impact initiatives from ideation through implementation and post-launch evaluation, collaborating with Operations, Product, and Engineering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; analytics, PM, operations, or business strategy experience preferred.
MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus.
4–7 years in PM, analytics, strategy, operations excellence, or related fields.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation and post-launch evaluation.
Identify operational opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
Drive strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability of the Return & Refund function.
Create dashboards, reports, and leadership reviews to monitor performance.
