Job summary

NCC Group Philippines is seeking a Project Risk & Governance Analyst to support risk management, governance, and project delivery across our Manila operations. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and leadership to track risks, actions, and dependencies using Jira Service Management (JSM).

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in risk, PMO, governance, or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills and experience in reporting and dashboards for leadership review.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in risk management, PMO, project management, governance, or related disciplines.
• Experience maintaining risk registers and tracking risk mitigation activities.
• Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies and governance processes.
• Experience using Jira Service Management (JSM) or similar governance and risk management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing execution of the organisation's established risk management framework and processes.
• Identify, document, assess, and track risks across projects and operational activities.
• Maintain accurate risk registers within Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Ensure project risks are reviewed regularly and escalated as required.
• Monitor risk mitigation plans and action items, following up with risk owners.
• Track emerging risks, issues, dependencies, and control gaps.
• Prepare risk summaries, trend analysis, and reporting for leadership forums.
