Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines is seeking a Project Risk & Governance Analyst to strengthen risk visibility and governance across projects. You will work with project teams and leadership to identify, document, track, and report risks, issues, actions, and dependencies using governance processes and tools.

The role involves leading small projects, supporting governance meetings, and developing dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in risk management or PMO.
• Experience maintaining risk registers and tracking mitigations.
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Experience using Jira Service Management or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain risk registers within JSM and track mitigations.
• Prepare governance packs and dashboards for leadership.
• Lead small projects and support delivery across teams.
• Produce risk and governance reports and provide insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve risk reporting and governance tools.
