Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a driven risk governance professional to support frameworks, policies, and processes in a Philippine setting. You will assist with risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting, and prepare dashboards, updates, and committee materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Risk Management, Governance, Audit, Compliance, Banking, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Interest in developing a career in risk management and governance.
• Experience in banking, financial services, risk, audit, compliance, or operational risk is advantageous.
• Understanding of risk management principles and governance practices.
• Knowledge of consumer banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and enhancement of risk governance frameworks, policies, and processes.
• Assist with risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, management updates, and committee materials.
• Support risk and control assessments, attestations, and governance activities.
• Work with internal stakeholders to promote effective risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain risk governance records, registers, and related documentation.
• Monitor emerging risks, industry developments, and regulatory changes.
• Support risk-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
