Job summary

NCC Group Philippines is seeking an Associate Program Manager to support the Building, Organizing, and Delivery of long-term strategic goals across client engagements. This role will work with the BBS Program Management team to establish standards and govern multiple NCC Group projects, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate will have PM experience in fast-paced tech or security environments, strong client-facing skills, and knowledge of Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Previous project or program management experience.
• Experience maneuvering fast-paced technology or information security environments is strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and client relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand how to be an effective Program Manager and help define governance and responsibilities across client and internal teams.
• Build strong client relationships and understand their business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet high-level requirements and program objectives.
• Create and maintain program documentation including budgets and reporting tools.
• Monitor program health, risks, and issues and support action plans to resolve blockers.
• Support change management and process improvements to drive efficiencies.
