Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Project Risk & Governance Analyst in Manila, offering hybrid work with two days onsite in Taguig City. The role focuses on risk, governance, and project delivery across multiple teams and leadership forums.

You will maintain risk registers, support governance forums, and drive improvements in risk reporting and project tracking, leveraging JSM and reporting tools. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of risk/PMO experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in risk management, PMO, project management, governance, or related disciplines.
• Experience maintaining risk registers and tracking risk mitigation activities.
• Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies and governance processes.
• Experience using Jira Service Management (JSM) or similar governance and risk management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support governance activities and regular governance meetings.
• Maintain logs for risks, issues, actions, decisions, and dependencies.
• Produce risk summaries, trend analysis, and reporting for leadership forums.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved.
• Support planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting for assigned projects.
