Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Manila is seeking a Specialist, Project Management Support to assist the Strategy Office of GBS Governance, Enablement, and Strategy with project portfolio monitoring and oversight (ProMO).

You will work with project leads, stream heads, senior leaders, and compliance stakeholders to strengthen transparency, governance, and operational excellence across GBS. The role includes dashboard maintenance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English, including business writing and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in project management monitoring, reporting, coordination, or project support activities.
• Familiarity with PowerBI, MS Project, Project Server, CoPilot and PowerApps is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Access, Teams).
• Strong collaboration skills with project leads, process experts, managers, senior leaders, IT partners, and compliance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring and reporting of GBS projects through ProMO.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for timely, accurate updates.
• Contribute to audit, compliance, dashboard maintenance, and stakeholder communications.
• Assist users by addressing queries related to ProMO.
• Support creation, logging, and updating project intentions in ProMO until senior leaders review.
