Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Proficient in MS Project for scheduling.
• Understanding of planning, scheduling, and progress-tracking principles.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera/MS Project).
• Monitor project progress and update timelines regularly.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Identify risks, delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports, charts, and forecasts for management.
• Assist in resource planning (manpower, materials, equipment).
• Support budgeting and cost control activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and adherence to schedules.
