Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with field and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed baseline schedules in Primavera for residential projects.
• Collaborate with construction managers on scope sequencing and resource loading.
• Participate in planning, preconstruction and coordination meetings.
• Review subcontractor and vendor schedules for alignment.
• Assist with claims support and delay analysis as needed.
• Standardize scheduling practices and improve internal processes.
• Occasional head office assignments with site visits.
• Perform schedule updates and variance analysis.
• Identify critical path activities and delays, provide mitigation.
