Job summary

MN Electro Industrial Supply and Services Inc in the Philippines seeks a Project Scheduler to develop, monitor, update, and control project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure timely project completion.

You will provide schedule analysis, progress monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to support effective project execution and decision-making, leveraging MS Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or construction management field.
• 1–3 years in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience with schedule analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• To develop, monitor, update, and control project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Provide schedule analysis, progress monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to support effective project execution and decision-making.

Education

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• At least 1-3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.

• Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Applications, Schedule Analysis, Progress Monitoring, Data Analysis, Report Preparation, Construction Planning and Project Controls.

Purpose of Job:

To develop, monitor, update, and control project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure timely completion of projects. The Project Scheduler shall provide schedule analysis, progress monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to support effective project execution and decision-making.
