Job summary

Responsibilities include creating schedules, analyzing risks, managing EV/EVM budgets, and supporting customer presentations. Expertise in MS Project or Primavera is essential; experience with Agile PM methods is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) preferred.
• Knowledge of Earned Value management (EVM) principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains project schedules depicting all project pre-requisite activities, manufacturing operations, purchasing activities, and customer commitments.
• Analyses project schedules to identify risks, conflicts, and critical path activities; manages EV/EVM budgets and forecasts.
• Performs project setup activities for assigned projects.
• Supports project teams with tasks including customer presentation preparations and action item tracking.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Keeps project plans updated and coordinates with cross-functional teams to complete tasks.
