Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead software development, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will oversee projects from planning through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while working closely with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software development, automation, RPA, and IT projects.

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and success metrics.

• Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, automation teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Lead Agile ceremonies, monitor project progress, and drive timely delivery of milestones.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

• Track project budgets, resources, and overall project health.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through proper validation, testing, and review.

• Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain clear stakeholder communication.

• Support system implementations, automation deployments, testing, and project closeout activities.

• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience.

• At least 3 years of experience leading project teams.

• Experience managing software development, system implementation, automation, or RPA projects.

• Strong background working with software developers, QA teams, automation engineers, and technical stakeholders.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile software development environments.

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and automation project delivery.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello, or similar platforms.
