Qualifications

• BS or MS in a technical field with industrial and leadership experience.
• US citizenship or green card required.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain & update project schedules for R&D activities using scheduling software.
• Coordinate with supply chain and engineering to update schedules and coordinate execution of critical actions.
• Report schedule slips with mitigation plans and communicate status to the team.
• Identify critical Human Resources & critical equipment based on workload projections and support procurement lead times.
• Plan, schedule, and manage materials for delivering time-critical components to production areas.
• Define inbound quantities and due dates from vendors; resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Generate forecasts to support production build plans and optimize inventory levels.
• Assist with inventory control activities and publish performance metrics.

Education
