Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in production planning or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in supply chain management or materials planning is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with production planning software or ERP systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align delivery schedules with planned production and actual consumption.
• Evaluate and adjust delivery vs. consumption rates to optimize resource allocation.
• Oversee material controllers to ensure proper storage, handling, and issuance.
• Manage production office storage areas for organized access to materials.
• Establish and monitor work schedules for production support staff.
• Promote and uphold workplace discipline within the team.
• Monitor stock levels of packaging, finishes, and production consumables.
• Track delivery schedules and POs for timely replenishment.
• Record inventory transactions in accordance with procedures.
• Lead 5S activities to maintain cleanliness and order in production areas.
• Develop preservation practices to extend usability and meet regulatory standards.
