Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Pasig, Philippines is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead mid-size, mid-complexity projects from kickoff to go-live, owning the plan, the client relationship, and the outcome.

You’ll translate statements of work and business requirements into real, working client solutions, keep schedules on track, align teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery from day one to go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle implementation or delivery projects from planning through go-live.
• Skilled at building project plans and schedules from source documents like an SOW, BRD, or Use Cases.
• Comfortable owning client relationships and acting as the main point of contact throughout a project.

Responsibilities

• Build the project plan and schedule from the Statement of Work, Business Requirements Document, and Use Cases.
• Create accurate duration estimates and resource requirements before work begins.
• Prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and track hours across the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope and apply change control processes as needed.
• Assign project resources and keep the team accountable to deliverables.
• Deliver projects on time and on budget, meeting internal and client quality standards.
• Forecast project close dates to support accurate revenue recognition.
• Coordinate across teams in a shared-resource, matrixed environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client and own the relationship.
• Interact directly with the client's Project Management Office (PMO) as needed.
• Mentor and coach Associate Project Managers and less experienced team members.
• Track and report internal KPIs.
• Execute projects using Riskonnect tools and methodology.

You'll be the person clients trust to turn a signed contract into a project that actually delivers. As our Implementation Project Manager, you'll lead mid-size, mid-complexity projects from kickoff to go-live, owning the plan, the client relationship, and the outcome.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Project Planning & Setup

• Build the project plan and schedule from the Statement of Work, Business Requirements Document, and Use Cases

Schedule & Delivery Management

Cross-Functional & Client Management

• Coordinate across teams in a shared-resource, matrixed environment

• Track and report internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

A BIT ABOUT YOU

Must-Haves

• Proven experience leading full-cycle implementation or delivery projects from planning through go-live

• Skilled at building project plans and schedules from source documents like an SOW, BRD, or Use Cases

• Comfortable owning client relationships and acting as the main point of contact throughout a project

• Experience managing scope, budget, and timelines in a team-based or matrixed environment

Good-to-Haves

• Experience with Riskonnect or similar GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) platforms

• Background mentoring or coaching junior project managers or coordinators

• Exposure to working directly with a client's PMO

• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
