Job summary

WSP Manila is seeking a Project Finance Specialist to support project teams in delivering financially successful projects. You will provide financial and operational support across a project portfolio, driving performance and ensuring compliance with project accounting standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in project finance, strong ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to work with remote teams while coordinating with project managers and the Commercial team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance or business administration.
• 3–5 years' experience in Project Finance with ERP data management.
• Strong spreadsheet skills: pivots, formulas, data sorts, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS.
• Knowledge of project accounting principles and financial reporting for projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project accounting for a portfolio of small to medium projects.
• Monitor costs, revenue recognition, and communicate financial performance to stakeholders.
• Manage invoicing, budgets, and project close-out in UBW, including subcontractor setups.
• Support audits and ensure SOX 52-109 compliance and data integrity.
