Job summary

WSP Manila, Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst in Manila to provide reporting, planning and audit support within the Finance Business Partnering team. The role focuses on building trusted relationships and simplifying monthly reporting for efficiency and accuracy.

You will deliver financial and operational reports, model forecasting data, ensure data quality for ERP inputs, and contribute to ESG reporting and compliance activities in a project-based environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or relevant degree.
4 years of relevant working experience.
Experience managing large and complex data sets.
Experience in report design and delivery.
Strong Excel and business intelligence capability with solid ERP knowledge (Oracle, SAP).
Experience in project-based environments.
Good communication skills with ability to consolidate data into a structured financial picture.
Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Build and deliver consistent, accurate and timely financial and operational reports for the business groups using Excel, Power BI, etc.
Monitor project exceptions reports to anticipate financial risk and escalate where needed.
Support development and delivery of ESG reporting (e.g., carbon reporting).
Support monitoring and control of operational expenditure.
Adopt a continuous improvement approach.
Support Finance Partners with data modelling for forecasting as needed.
Quality check planning and forecasting information per deadlines.
Consolidate planning inputs for review and enter into ERP.
Assist NI 52-109 compliance checks, audits.
